At Harriet & Harper Victoria, we do everything we can to make your ordering and delivery experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Here's everything you need to know about how we process and ship your order.
Order Processing & Shipping
Once your order is placed, we need 1–3 business days to process it. On weekdays, most orders are processed within 24 hours. Orders placed on Friday evenings or over the weekend may require slightly longer processing time.
After processing, your order is shipped. Delivery to Canadian addresses typically takes 7–14 business days.
Placing an Order
Ordering from Harriet & Harper Victoria is simple:
- Visit the product page and select the item you'd like
- Click "Add to cart"
- Check your chosen size, colour, and variant
- Click "Proceed to checkout" and enter your delivery details
- Make sure your address is correct before clicking "Pay now"
- Confirm your details and complete your payment — all payments are secured via SSL encryption

Shipping Costs
We offer free UPS shipping on every order — no hidden fees, no minimum purchase required.
Order Marked as Delivered but Not Received
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided so you can follow your parcel every step of the way. If the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout, the order is considered delivered and finalised. From that point, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer.
If your parcel is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please:
- Check the delivery address on your order confirmation
- Ask neighbours, household members, or your building manager if they received the parcel on your behalf
- Contact the carrier directly for more information about the delivery
While we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost or stolen after confirmed delivery, we understand how frustrating this situation can be. We will gladly assist by providing tracking information and helping to open an investigation with the carrier.
