Purchasing Manager — Victoria, BC (Remote-friendly)
Harriet spent decades building a collection that women truly loved. Now Harper is ready to take that legacy forward — and she's looking for someone to help curate it.
As our Purchasing Manager, you will be responsible for sourcing and selecting new pieces for the Harriet & Harper Victoria collection. You have an eye for quality, a feeling for what women 40 and beyond actually want to wear, and the instinct to know what will sell before it does.
What you'll do: You will identify and build relationships with suppliers, evaluate new collections for quality and fit with our brand aesthetic, manage inventory levels and purchasing budgets, and work closely with Harper to ensure every new piece feels true to what Harriet built.
What we're looking for: You have experience in fashion buying or product sourcing, a genuine passion for women's fashion, strong negotiation skills, and the kind of taste that doesn't need explaining. You understand what elegance means to a woman who has earned it.

Retail Sales Associate — Victoria, BC (In-store)
Harriet built her boutique one customer at a time — by listening, by caring, and by making every woman who walked through the door feel truly seen. We are looking for someone who understands that instinctively.
As our Retail Sales Associate, you will be the face of Harriet & Harper Victoria in our Victoria boutique. You will welcome customers, help them find pieces they love, and create the kind of warm, unhurried shopping experience that keeps women coming back.
What you'll do: You will assist customers in finding their perfect pieces, share your genuine knowledge of our collection, maintain the boutique's beautiful presentation standards, process sales and handle day-to-day store operations, and represent the Harriet & Harper Victoria values in every interaction.
What we're looking for: You are warm, patient, and genuinely interested in people. You have experience in retail or customer service, a love for fashion, and the natural ability to make a woman feel confident and valued. You don't need to be a fashion expert — you need to be a people person who cares.
