How do I choose the right size? Our pieces are true to size. We recommend ordering your usual size. If you're between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a more comfortable fit. You can also consult our detailed Size Guide — available in the footer of every page — which includes body measurements in centimetres to help you find your perfect fit.

Are the clothes comfortable for everyday wear? Absolutely. Every piece in our collection is selected with comfort and wearability in mind — soft, breathable fabrics that feel as good as they look, from morning to evening.

What are the delivery times? Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery to Canadian addresses typically takes 7–14 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

How do I track my order? Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. This allows you to follow your parcel every step of the way until it arrives at your door.

Where do your products ship from? Our pieces are sourced internationally and ship directly from our supplier partners. This allows us to offer you beautifully curated fashion at accessible prices. Every order is fully tracked and ships free via UPS.

Can I return an item if it doesn't suit me? Yes — you have 30 days from receipt to return your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition with all tags attached. Simply email us at hello@harrietandharper.com with your order number and reason for return and we'll guide you through the process.

Are payments secure? Absolutely. All transactions on harrietandharper.com are protected by advanced security systems. Your payment information is encrypted and processed securely. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal.

Do you offer Buy Now Pay Later? Yes — we offer flexible payment options at checkout so you can spread the cost of your order into easy instalments. Simply select your preferred BNPL option at checkout.
