Can I return my order?

Yes — we want you to love every piece you receive from Harriet & Harper Victoria. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order within 30 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item must be returned in its original condition, including all components, accessories, and packaging
  • The product must show only signs of normal handling — items damaged through misuse are not eligible for return
  • Items must be unworn and unwashed with all tags still attached
  • If your item arrives defective, please contact us immediately at info@harrietandharper.com
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • We reserve the right to refuse a return if items appear worn, damaged, or do not meet our return conditions

How to return your order

If your order meets our return conditions, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to info@harrietandharper.com
  2. Include the following information:
    • Your order number
    • Your reason for returning

Once we receive your request, we will provide you with the correct return address.

Important: never send your return to the sender address shown on the parcel. Returns must only be sent to the address provided by our team.

Returns can only be processed after your order has been successfully delivered. It is not possible to return or recall a parcel while it is in transit.

Order cancellation

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. This is because our order processing system is fully synchronised with our logistics partners. As soon as an order is confirmed, it is automatically transmitted to our logistics network for processing, packing, and preparation for shipment. Once this process begins, the order can no longer be manually interrupted or cancelled.

We understand this may be inconvenient, and we appreciate your understanding.

Refunds

Returned items are first inspected by our logistics team. If the return is approved, your refund may take up to 30 business days to process.

Refunds are issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
